In the absence of any adverse comments, this realty action will become the final determination of the Department of the Interior. BLM will not consider any anonymous comments. However, individual respondents may request anonymity. If you wish to withhold your name and address from public review or from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), you must state this prominently at the beginning of your comments. A request for anonymity will be honored to the extent allowed by law. All submissions from organizations or businesses will be made available for public inspection in their entirety.
