local aural transmission service.
Channel 278A can be allotted with a site
restriction of 13.7 kilometers (8.5 miles)
west of Frisco City at reference
coordinates 31–27–42 NL and 87–32–29
WL.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before April 24, 2006, and reply
comments on or before May 9, 2006.
Any counterproposal filed in this
proceeding need only protect FM
Station WUSW, Hattiesburg,
Mississippi, as a Class C0 allotment.
