Paiute Pipeline Company (Paiute)
tendered for filing as part of its FERC
Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No.
1–A, Thirteenth Revised Sheet No. 161,
to become effective March 1, 2006.
Paiute states that copies of the filing
are being served upon all of Paiute’s
customers and interested state
regulatory commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
