LMDS and 24 GHz Service licensees are required to attach a label to subscriber transceiver antennas that:
(1) provides adequate notice regarding potential radiofrequency safety hazards, e.g., information
regarding the safe minimum separation distance required between users and transceiver antennas;
and
(2) references the applicable FCC-adopted limits for radiofrequency exposure specified in § 1.1310.

effective date.
AGENCY:
SUMMARY: In this document, the
Commission announces that the Office
of Management and Budget (OMB) has
approved for three years the information
collection requirements contained in the
Telecommunications Relay Services
(TRS) and Speech-to-Speech Services
for Individuals with Hearing and Speech
Disabilities, Report and Order, Order on
Reconsideration (Report and Order).
The Report and Order states that the
Commission will publish a document in
the Federal Register announcing the
effective date of the rules.
DATES: 47 CFR 64.605(a)(2), (c)(2), (e)(2),
(f)(2) and (g) published at 70 FR 76208,
December 23, 2005 are effective March
15, 2006.
