Take notice that on February 17, 2006,
Trailblazer Pipeline Company
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing its
Penalty Revenue Crediting Report.
Trailblazer states that the purpose of
this filing is to inform the Commission
of penalty revenues it has received in
the quarterly period October 1, 2005
through December 31, 2005.
Trailblazer states that copies of the
filing are being mailed to its customers
and interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
