Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company;
Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on March 1, 2006,
Paiute Pipeline Company (Paiute)
tendered for filing its refund report in
compliance with the Commission’s
order issued on November 30, 2005.
Paiute states that on January 30, 2006,
it distributed refunds in compliance
with the order including applicable
interest calculated at the FERCapproved rates through the date of
distribution of refunds.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.
Such protests must be filed on or before
the date as indicated below. Anyone
