closed meeting of the Art Advisory
Panel will be held on April 5 and 6,

The agenda will consist of the review
and evaluation of the acceptability of
fair market value appraisals of works of
art involved in Federal income, estate,
or gift tax returns. This will involve the
discussion of material in individual tax

A determination as required by
section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act has been made that this
meeting is concerned with matters listed
in section 552b(c)(3), (4), (6), and (7),
and that the meeting will not be open

SUMMARY: The Secretary of the
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
intends to enter into an enhanced-use
lease of approximately 6.7 acres at the
George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center in
Salt Lake City, Utah. The selected lessee
would develop, finance, construct,
manage, maintain and operate a
commercial office building to house
medical-related research and other
permitted activities and an adjacent,
smaller restaurant/retail building. The
lessee would also be required to provide
VA with monetary and in-kind
consideration consisting of certain
renovation and improvement work on
the VAMC campus.
