The comments that are submitted will be summarized and included in the request for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval. All comments will become a matter of public record. Abstract: The Petroleum Refineries in Foreign Trade Subzones is a rule that amended the regulations by adding special procedures and requirements governing the operations of crude petroleum and refineries approved as foreign trade zones.
