chemicals in or on various food
commodities. EPA has determined that
this pesticide petition contains data or
information regarding the elements set
forth in FFDCA section 408(d)(2);
however, EPA has not fully evaluated
the sufficiency of the submitted data at
this time or whether the data support
granting of the pesticide petition.
Additional data may be needed before
EPA rules on this pesticide petition.
Pursuant to 40 CFR 180.7(f), a
summary of the petition included in this
notice, prepared by the petitioner along
with a description of the analytical
method available for the detection and
measurement of the pesticide chemical
residues is available on EPA’s Electronic

NJ 08902–3390, proposes to establish a
tolerance for residues of the fungicide
dimethomorph [(E,Z)4–[3–(4–
chlorophenyl)–3–(3,4–
dimethoxyphenyl)–1–oxo–2–propenyl]morpholine] in or on food commodities
Brassica head and stem (Subgroup 5A)
at 2.0 parts per million (ppm). A reliable
method for the determination of
dimethomorph residues in Brassica
head and stem (Subgroup 5A) exists.
This method is the FDS Multi-Residue
Method, Protocol D, as published in the
Pesticide Analytical Manual I.
