Practice and Procedures, 18 CFR
§ 385.206 (2005), alleging that Con
Edison violated the Federal Power Act
by illegally charging NYPA a wholesale
transmission rate for deliveries to
NYPA’s customers in Long Island that
exceeded the lawful tariff rate for the
period of November 18, 1999 through
December 31, 2004. NYPA requests
refunds for the overcharged amounts,
plus all applicable interest.
NYPA states that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for Con Edison.
