disclosure, a transportation service
agreement pursuant to Great Lakes’ Rate
Schedule FT entered into by Great Lakes
and ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) (FT
Service Agreement). Great Lakes states
that the FT Service Agreement filed
reflects a negotiated rate arrangement
between Great Lakes and ANR
commencing November 1, 2006.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
