Northern states that the revised tariff
sheets are being filed in accordance
with sections 53A and 53B of Northern’s
Tariff. Northern further explains that
this filing establishes the fuel and
unaccounted for percentages to be in
effect April 1, 2006 based on actual data
for the respective periods.
Northern states that copies of the
filing have been mailed to each of its
customers and interested state
commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
