American Electric Power Service
Corporation (AEP) submitted a petition
requesting that the Commission issue a
declaratory order approving proposed
incentive rates for a new 765 kV
transmission project that newly-formed
AEP Transmission Company LLC
proposes to construct from west to east
across PJM. AEP states that the
proposed line is expected to run from
West Virginia to New Jersey.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to

Commission to amend the ‘‘Stipulation
and Agreement’’ approved in Docket
No. RP01–350–000, et al., on August 5,
2002.1
CIG requests that the Commission
approve the petition to amend the
Stipulation and Agreement on or before
February 17, 2006, in order to allow the
parties to attempt to settle its next rate
case before it is filed.
