Title: Voucher for Payment of Awards.

Form Number: TFS 5135.
Abstract: Awards certificate to
Treasury are paid annually as funds are
received from foreign governments.
Vouchers are mailed to awardholders
showing payments due. Awardholders
sign vouchers certifying that he/she is
entitled to payment. Executed vouchers
are used as a basis for payment.
Current Actions: Extension of
currently approved collection.
Type of Review: Regular.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
1,400.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 30
minutes.
Estimated Total Annual Burden

SUMMARY: The Veterans Benefits
Administration (VBA), Department of
Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an
opportunity for public comment on the
proposed collection of certain
information by the agency. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, Federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
extension of a current collection, and
allow 60 days for public comment in
response to the notice. This notice
solicits comments on information
needed to determine veterans’ and
servicemembers’ eligibility
requirements for payment of traumatic
injury protection benefits covered under
Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance.
