    Take notice that on January 20, 2006, Mojave Pipeline Company 
(Mojave) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No. 1, tariff sheets listed in the Appendix to the 
filing, to become effective on February 20, 2006.
    Mojave states that it is filing to update its Tariff to provide for
