ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) EPA is seeking SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00007 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 public comment on the following Information Collection Request (ICR): Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements under EPA’s Hospitals for a Healthy Environment (H2E) Program (EPA ICR No. 2088.02; OMB Control No. 2070–0166). This ICR involves a collection activity that is currently approved and scheduled to expire on July 31, 2006. The information collected under this ICR relates to recordkeeping and reporting as part of a voluntary program to help hospitals enhance work place safety, reduce waste and waste disposal costs, and become better environmental stewards and neighbors. Before submitting this ICR to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the PRA, EPA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of the collection.
