Small Business Administration (SBA) is denying a request for a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for Commercial Cooking Equipment based on our recent discovery of a small business manufacturer for this class of products. Denying this waiver will require recipients of contracts set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or SBA’s 8(a) Business Development Program to provide the products of small business manufacturers or processors on such contracts. Veterans Business Affairs, pursuant to the Veterans Entrepreneurship 
and Small Business Development Act of 1999 (Pub. L. 106-50), will host 
a public meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 until Wednesday, February 
8, 2006. The meeting will be held at the U.S. Small Business 
Administration, 409 3rd Street SW., Washington, DC 20416. This meeting
