SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
notice is published pursuant to 41
U.S.C. 47(a) (2) and 41 CFR 51–2.3. Its
purpose is to provide interested persons
an opportunity to submit comments on
the proposed actions.
Additions
If the Committee approves the

blind or have other severe disabilities.

the Department of Commerce (the
Department) initiated administrative
reviews of the antidumping duty orders
on antifriction bearings and parts
thereof from France, Germany, Italy,
Japan, Singapore, and the United
Kingdom for the period May 1, 2004,
through April 30, 2005. See Initiation of
Antidumping and Countervailing Duty
Administrative Reviews, 70 FR 37749
(June 30, 2005). On October 21, 2005,
we published a notice of rescission and
partial rescission of the antidumping
duty administrative reviews of ball
bearings and parts thereof from
Singapore, the United Kingdom, and
Japan and of spherical plain bearings
from France (70 FR 61251). The
preliminary results of the reviews still
underway are currently due no later
than January 31, 2006.
