The proposed amendment would have changed Technical Specification (TS) 3.7.8, ‘‘Service Water System,’’ to provide a one-time extension to the Completion Time for restoring a service water train to operable status. Nuclear Management Company, LLC; Notice of Withdrawal of

    The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted 
the request of Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) to withdraw its 
application of April 1, as supplemented May 26, August 25, and November 
22, 2005, for proposed amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-
20 for the Palisades Nuclear Plant located in VanBuren County,
