Agencies which would like to request cooperating status should follow the instructions for filing comments described later in this notice. We encourage government representatives to notify their constituents of this planned project and 1 On September 19, 2002, the Commission issued an order approving construction of the Millennium Pipeline Project in Docket Nos.
