Take notice that on December 30,
2005, Texas Eastern Transmission, LP
(Texas Eastern) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh
Revised Volume No. 1 and First Revised
Volume No. 2, revised tariff sheets, as
listed on Appendix B to the filing, to
become effective February 1, 2006.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by

2005, Badger Power Marketing
Authority (Badger) and Great Lakes
Utilities (GLU) filed a Complaint against
Wisconsin Public Service Corporation
(WPSC) alleging that WPSC has treated
its affiliate Upper Peninsula Power
Corporation preferentially by granting it
contract termination rights and a rate
reduction, while not providing Badger
similar relief.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
