Reciprocity Approval of Its Open Access
Transmission Tariff (OATT) and an
Exemption in Lieu of a Filing Fee with
the Commission. Bonneville has revised
its OATT to include the Interconnection
Requirements and Procedures for a
Wind Generating Plan set forth in
Orders Nos. 661 and 661–A.
