(PJM) submitted for filing an unexecuted interconnection service agreement (ISA) among PJM; GSG, LLC; and Commonwealth Edison Company, designated as Original Service Agreement No. 1406. PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day notice requirement to permit a December 23, 2005 effective date for the ISA, and asks the Commission for expedited action and a shortened comment period. PJM states that copies of this filing were served upon the parties to the ISA and the state regulatory commissions within the PJM region.
