SUMMARY: The National Nuclear
Security Administration (NNSA), an
agency within the U.S. Department of
Energy (DOE), is extending the scoping
period for the Site-Wide Environmental
Impact Statement (SWEIS) for the Y–12
National Security Complex (Y–12),
located at the junction of Bear Creek
Road and Scarboro Road in Anderson
County, Tennessee, near the City of Oak
Ridge, Tennessee.
DATES: The scoping period for the
SWEIS is extended from January 9, 2006
to January 31, 2006. Comments received
after that date will be considered to the
extent practicable.

AGENCY:
SUMMARY: This notice announces that
pesticide related information submitted
to EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs
(OPP) pursuant to the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide
Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug,
and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), including
information that may have been claimed
as Confidential Business Information
(CBI) by the submitter, will be tranferred
to Lockheed Martin in accordance with
40 CFR 2.307(h)(3) and 2.308(i)(2).
Lockheed Martin has been awarded
multiple contracts to perform work for
OPP, and access to this information will
enable Lockheed Martin to fulfill the
obligations of the contract.
DATES: Lockheed Martin will be given
access to this information on or before
January 13, 2006.
