2005, CenterPoint Energy Gas
Transmission Company (CEGT)
tendered for filing a supplement to its
December 15, 2005, filing of an
amended negotiated rate and nonconforming agreement between CEGT
and Kiowa Power Partners, LLC to be
effective February 1, 2006.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.
Such protests must be filed in
accordance with the provisions of
§ 154.210 of the Commission’s

filed applications for market-based rate
authority, with accompanying rate
tariffs. The proposed rate tariffs provide
for wholesale sales of energy and
capacity at market-based rates.
Applicants also requested waiver of
various Commission regulations. In
particular, Applicants requested that the
Commission grant blanket approval
under 18 CFR Part 34 of all future
issuances of securities and assumptions
of liability by Applicants.
On December 21, 2005, the
Commission granted the requests for
blanket approval under Part 34, subject
