    Take notice that on December 19, 2005, Wyoming Interstate Company, 
Ltd. (WIC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No 2, Sixteenth Revised Sheet No. 4B, to be effective 
December 1, 2005.
    WIC states that the tendered tariff sheet revises the FL&U 
reimbursement percentages applicable to transportation service on WIC's 
system.
