extension of the deadline for
commencement of construction until

deadline for completion of construction

unanticipated delays that prevented it
from commencing construction work
prior to the license deadline.

3, 2006, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) on
the matters raised by the Reliability
Pricing Model (RPM) filed on August
31, 2005, by PJM Interconnection, LLC
(PJM). The technical conference will be
held in a room to be designated at the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,
888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC
20426. Members of the Commission will
attend and participate in the conference.
The conference will be open for the

would provide for just and reasonable

proposal to meet those goals; and
3. Whether an alternative approach to
RPM is necessary to ensure just and
reasonable wholesale power prices in
the PJM footprint.
The technical conference is intended
to provide a forum through which the
Commission will obtain information
and develop a record on these topics.
The Commission will issue a
supplemental notice with information
identifying panel participants and a
detailed agenda prior to the conference.
There will be an opportunity for parties
to file comments following the technical
conference.
The conference will be transcribed. A
transcript of the conference will be
immediately available from Ace
