2005, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC
(Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised
Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet
No. 530 proposed to be effective January
1, 2006. Algonquin states that it is
making this filing to remove the fiveyear term matching cap from the ROFR
bidding process in its tariff.
Algonquin states that copies of its
filing have been mailed to all affected
customers and interested state
commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
