    Take notice that on November 30, 2005, Algonquin Gas Transmission, 
LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 530 proposed to be 
effective January 1, 2006. Algonquin states that it is making this 
filing to remove the five-year term matching cap from the ROFR bidding 
process in its tariff.
    Algonquin states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all

    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
