November 29, 2005.
CBK Group, LTD (CBK Group) filed
an application for market-based rate
authority, with an accompanying tariff.
The proposed rate tariff provides for
wholesale sales of capacity and energy
at market-based rates. CBK Group also
requested waiver of various Commission
regulations. In particular, Wisconsin
River requested that the Commission
grant blanket approval under 18 CFR
part 34 of all future issuances of
securities and assumptions of liability
by Wisconsin River.
On March 25, 2005, the Commission
granted the request for blanket approval
under Part 34, subject to the following:
