or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Business or other forprofit. Other: None. Abstract: Losses or
theft of explosives must be reported
within 24 hours of the discovery of the
loss or theft. This form contains the
minimum information necessary for
ATF to initiate criminal investigations.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: There will be an estimated 150
respondents, who will complete the
form within approximately 1 hour and
48 minutes.
(6) An estimate of the total burden (in
hours) associated with the collection:
There are an estimated 270 total burden
hours associated with this collection.

information collection is published to
obtain comments from the public and
affected agencies. Comments are
encouraged and will be accepted for
‘‘sixty days’’ until February 6, 2006.
This process is conducted in accordance
with 5 CFR 1320.10.

respondents will complete a 1 minute
form.
