Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121–5206 (the Stafford Act). Therefore, I declare that such a major disaster exists in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (FEMA-1614-DR), dated November 
10, 2005, and related determinations.

DATES: Effective November 17, 2005.
