ACTION:
The Department of Homeland
Security, U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) has
submitted the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register on September 28, 2005, at 70
FR 56732. The notice allowed for a 60day public comment period. No
comments were received on this
information collection.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until December 29,
2005. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) will submit the

This Notice is soliciting comments
from members of the public and affected
agencies concerning the proposed
collection of information to: (1) Evaluate

Family Self-Sufficiency Program:
Prospective Study.
Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: This
request is for the clearance of a survey
instrument designed to gather detailed
information from twenty-five families
about their experience in the Family
Self-Sufficiency Program. The data
collection will take the form of in-depth,
semi-structural interviews. The families
will be contacted three times in a three
year period.

hours needed to prepare the information

respondents, frequency of response, and
