Joint Boards on Security Constrained Economic Dispatch; Notice 
Announcing the Agenda for the Northeast Joint Board Meeting

November 18, 2005.
    On September 30, 2005, the Commission announced its intention to 
hold initial joint board meetings.\1\ These joint board meetings are
