Notice is hereby given that the Department of Justice has extended for thirty (30) days the length of the period during which it will receive comments relating to the proposed consent decree. Therefore, the Department of Justice will now receive comments through December 14, 2005. General Electric Company, Civil Action No. 50-cv-1270, was lodged with 
the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. 
The proposed consent decree will settle the United States' claims under
