AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed continuing information collections. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)), this notice seeks comments concerning insurance companies that seek to participate in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Write Your Own (WYO) Program. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency may enter into arrangements authorized by the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as amended (the Act) under the Writer Your Own Program (WYO) with individual private sector insurance companies that are licensed to engage in the business of property insurance. AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of

SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its
