When completed, the project will have a total working gas capacity of 6 Bcf. The facilities will be capable of injection and withdrawal rates of 135 MMcf per day and 400 MMcf per day, respectively. Windy Hill also proposes to construct pipeline laterals to interconnect with the interstate pipeline systems of Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, LLC and Colorado Interstate Gas Company, as well as the intrastate pipeline system of Public Service Company of Colorado.
