The proposed project area is within the Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO) area leased by NSF from the Tohono O’odham Nation. A 4-hectare (10-acre) site known as Montosa Canyon, located in the Coronado National Forest in southern Arizona, is also evaluated as an alternative site.     The ACRS Subcommittee on Power Uprates will hold a meeting on 
November 29-30, 2005, Room T-2B3, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, 
Maryland.
    The agenda for the subject meeting shall be as follows:
    Tuesday, November 29, 2005-8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of 
business.
    Wednesday, November 30, 2005-8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of 
business. The Subcommittee will review the application by Entergy 
Nuclear Northeast (Entergy) for an extended power uprate for the
