2005, Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C.
(Stingray) filed pursuant to Rule 207 of
the Rules of Practice and Procedure of
the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission), 18 C.F.R.
385.207 (2005), a petition for emergency
waiver of section 11 of its general terms
and conditions and section 3.3 of its
Rate Schedule PAL. Stingray is
requesting these waivers on a temporary
basis, to provide its shippers with an
additional mechanism for resolving
imbalances, until full service is restored
on its system. Stingray requests that the
Commission rule on this petition for
waiver on an expedited basis.
