    Take notice that on November 1, 2005, MIGC, Inc. (MIGC) tendered 
for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No.1, 
Tenth Revised Sheet No. 6, to become effective December 1, 2005.
    MIGC states that the tariff sheet is being submitted to request a 
one-time waiver of section 25 of MIGC's Tariff to allow MIGC to 
effectuate an interim adjustment to its FL&U factors (including the
