Northern Border Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in

November 4, 2005.
    Take notice that on November 1, 2005, Northern Border Pipeline 
Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing as part of its First 
Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff, revised tariff sheets set 
forth in Appendix A, to the filing (Primary Tariff Sheets) to 
effectuate changes in the rates and terms applicable to Northern 
Border's jurisdictional services. Northern Border states that the
