the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will

2005, Northern Border Pipeline
Company (Northern Border) tendered
for filing as part of its First Revised
Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff,
revised tariff sheets set forth in
Appendix A, to the filing (Primary Tariff
Sheets) to effectuate changes in the rates
and terms applicable to Northern
Border’s jurisdictional services.
Northern Border states that the effect of
the proposed rates is an overall increase
in revenues of approximately 7.8%
above the Base Period revenues.
Northern Border states that the
changes reflected in the Primary Tariff
Sheets to be effective December 1, 2005,
are required to effectuate the rate
increase and to make certain changes to
Northern Border’s tariff.
