    Take notice that on October 26, 2005, Algonquin Gas Transmission, 
LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing its annual Fuel Reimbursement 
Quantity filing in accordance with section 32 of the general terms and 
conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Algonquin states that copies of this filing were served upon all 
affected customers of Algonquin and interested State commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
