(Algonquin) tendered for filing its
annual Fuel Reimbursement Quantity
filing in accordance with section 32 of
the general terms and conditions of its
FERC Gas Tariff.
Algonquin states that copies of this
filing were served upon all affected
customers of Algonquin and interested
State commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by

2005, Bayou Casotte Energy LLC
(‘‘Bayou Casotte Energy’’), 6001
Bollinger Canyon Rd., San Ramon, CA
94583–7324, filed in Docket No. CP05–
420–000, an application pursuant to
section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA)
to authorize Bayou Casotte Energy to
site, construct, and operate facilities that
it intends to use to import liquefied
natural gas (‘‘LNG’’) into the United
States. The proposed Bayou Casotte
Energy site is located in Jackson County,
Mississippi. The site is located adjacent
to the existing Chevron Pascagoula
Refinery on Bayou Casotte, just east of
Pascagoula, Mississippi, all as more
fully set forth in the application which
is on file with the Commission and open
to public inspection. This filing may be
