Registration is needed for control measures and is used to prevent diversion. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond/reply: It is estimated that 130 persons complete DEA Form 363 on paper, at 30 minutes per form, for an annual burden of 65 hours.
