Summary: The Commission will consider a Memorandum Opinion and Order concerning the
proposed transfer of licenses and authorizations from MCI, Inc. to Verizon Communications Inc.

ACTION:
SUMMARY: The Federal Mediation and
Conciliation Service (FMCS) has
submitted to the Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) for clearance, a
proposal for collection of information
under the provisions of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed
online customer survey will evaluate
the impact of FMCS’s relationshipdevelopment and training programs
(RDTs), the impact of the training
program on the relationship between
labor and management, and the impact
of the training on the workplace.
DATES: Comments regarding this
collection must be received by OMB on
or before November 21, 2005. If you
anticipate that you will be submitting
comments, but find it difficult to do so
within the period of time allowed by
this notice, please advise the OMB Desk
Officer of your intention to make a
submission as soon as possible. The
