Federal Register / Vol. 70, No. 207 / Thursday, October 27, 2005 / Notices
poll the domestic industry. On October
7, 2005, we issued polling
questionnaires to all known domestic
producers of liquid sulfur dioxide
identified in the petition. On October
12, 2005, we sent a letter to the
domestic producers transmitting revised
scope language provided by the
petitioner on October 11, 2005. The
questionnaires are on file in the Central
Records Unit in room B–099 of the main
Department of Commerce building. We
requested that each company complete
the polling questionnaire and fax their
responses to the Department.
We will need additional time to
analyze the domestic producers’
responses to our request for information.
See the ‘‘Determination of Industry
Support for the Petition’’ section of this
notice, above. Therefore, it is necessary
to extend the deadline determining the
adequacy of the petition for a period not
to exceed 40 days from the filing of the
petition. As a result, the initiation
determination is due no later than
November 9, 2005.
