disposition of jurisdictional
transmission facilities to KAMO Electric
Cooperative, Inc. and for related
required changes to the Agreement for
Interchange of Power & Interconnected
Operations between Aquila and
Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and

confidential treatment of Exhibit I to the
Application.
