    Take notice that on October 14, 2005, High Island Offshore System, 
L.L.C. (HIOS) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, Fifth Revised Sheet No. 173, to become effective 
November 14, 2005.
    HIOS states that the purpose of this filing is to remove the CIG/
