This Notice identifies and describes the Commission’s new system of records. A copy of this report has been distributed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate as the Act requires. The Commission has adopted a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974. This system does not duplicate any existing agency system.
