FERC Gas Tariff

    Take notice that on October 11, 2005, Eastern Shore Natural Gas 
Company (ESNG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with a 
proposed effective date of October 1, 2005.

    ESNG states that copies of the filing have been served upon its 
jurisdictional customers and interested State Commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must

Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
